Hi there!
I'm applying to Glasgow Zine Fest for 2026 and would love to be considered for a table again this year!
I am a games artist by trade, but the industry has been in absolute turmoil recently and after being let go in a round of layoffs at my previous company, I have been finding making zines to be such a fantastic outlet and stress reliever and would love to be considered to share my zines again this year!
My preferred zine creating method are risograph printed, previously working with Risotto and Out of The Blueprint to get the main sheets done then hand assembling them. My two most recently completed zines are called "Cool Animals of Aussie" and "Les Mains Divines", the first a third part in my animals series and the latter a small zine exploring hand illustrations and I currently have a fair number of zines that are in progress that I would love to get finished and show at the fest including:
- Exploring dogs relationship to Edinburgh after being rescued from the living on the streets oversees
- Compilation of my travel journal illustrations over the years
+ a few that are in a slightly amorphous stage at the moment, reflecting on working as an artist in the social media age :)

LES MAIN DIVINES
Printed / Illustrative Zine
Les Mains Divines is an exploration of the invisible forces that guide, shape and drive us through life. A series of hand illustration without text.
FETCH QUESTS
Risograph 2 Colour / Puzzle Zine
Responsibilities included creating concepts for characters, enemies, modular environment pieces, marketing images and art direction for the game, as well as leading a small team of lovely artists. Also created 3D models, textures and animations for some characters and props.
"Fetch Quests" is my Riso-printed puzzle zine!
Using the map that each zine
has, you work out which dog
wants which item - follow them
in order and you get the location of the King Bone that you have been sent to fetch!
ANIMALS OF SERIES
Risograph 2 Colour Zine / Series
This series initially began with the Cool Birds Of NZ as I'm from New Zealand, and I wanted to share funny facts, illustrations and share the love for my countries weird ass birds! Following on from that, I did the Cool Animals of Scotland zine after living her for many years - I'm so enamoured by the cool animals that exist here that I knew I wanted to share! And my most recent zine is the Cool Animals of Aussie that I finished a few months ago, sharing the wickedly awesome animals that my cousins across the ditch have just milling about!
